      We are hoping that you are happy with every item you purchase but if you are looking to return your order we are here to help! 

      What is your return policy?

      You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.  To be eligible for a return:

      • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it (no wash, wear or tear!)
      • Your item must be in the original packaging
      • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

      Sale Items:  sale and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Gifts:  if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the return item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. 

      How do I return an item?

      To initiate a return, please contact us at and we will assist you with the return process. 

      We are currently using Printful drop shipping services (based out of North Carolina) and we will provide you with the Printful address to send your return.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

      If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


      You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      Late or missing refunds:

      If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card activity.  If you don't see the refund, then contact your bank or credit card company.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted so it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was defective or mislabeled.  If that is the case, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order at  Include your name, order number and photos of the defective or mislabeled item.  Upon approval of the exchange, we will send you a new one or issue a refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
